Welcome to Solyra® Squirrel Lanterns! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://solyrasquirrel.com (the "Site") and all products and services offered by Solyra® Squirrel Lanterns ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a credit to your original payment method. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solyra® Squirrel Lanterns, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Solyra® Squirrel Lanterns is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the state in which Solyra® Squirrel Lanterns is registered.

12. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
